About me

My practice
I offer a patient, compassionate and understanding space for individuals to gain support and reduce distress in their lives. With extensive personal and professional life experiences, I feel well equipped to support people on their unique journeys to keep mobilised and empowered and help them feel less stuck.

My journey has included 20 years experience working in a range of mental health settings and I have been in private practice as a counsellor since 2019.

I work with children, adolescents and adults, and as a mum of a child with a chronic medical condition, I have particular interest in working with people who are looking for support with this.

I can accept BUPA, Medibank Private, AHM and AHRG health funds and referrals though victims services.
