About me

My practice
I am a registered clinical member and SIRA-approved provider of psychological injury and return-to-work services within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed support to help individuals navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and improve their overall wellbeing.

I believe that healing and growth are fostered through a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centred, recognising that each person’s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique. Together, we explore current concerns as well as the underlying factors that may be contributing to distress, with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change.

In addition to working with adults, I am trained in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) and Circle of Security, supporting parents to build strong, secure relationships with their children. I am also an accredited Mental Health First Aid and Accidental Counselling instructor, delivering training to workplaces, community organisations, and not-for-profit sectors, and I provide supervision and mentoring to emerging practitioners.

Drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and group therapy, I tailor support to each individual’s goals and circumstances.

My aim is to help people develop practical skills, regain confidence, and move towards a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. Services are available face-to-face and via telehealth.
