My practice
Dilanthi is a mental health Counsellor registered with PACFA, currently working as a counsellor in the not for profit sector and in private practice.
Her multicultural background and lived experience of migrating to Australia as teenager, allows her to bring a unique multicultural lens to her counselling process and work with a diverse client base.
Dilanthi aims to provide a counselling experience that allows individuals to feel heard and supported. She brings qualities of kindness, non-judgement and empathy to her clinical practice, and is driven by a deep desire to assist clients gain control and live more productive and satisfying lives.
Dilanthi uses an integrative style of counselling combining a range of evidence based psychotherapy approaches, to ensure the therapy she provides is client focused.
