My practice
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, trauma therapist and accredited EFT and TRTP practitioner. I am passionate about helping others to overcome their challenges- their traumas, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage or emotional eating. I’ll assist you in changing negative beliefs and clearing emotional blockages, enabling you to live the life you choose, and thrive.

I offer a safe, confidential environment for clients in Australia and internationally, both online and in-person in Adelaide. I listen with empathy and compassion, ensuring you feel respected and understood.

I genuinely believe that, given the right support, people have the capacity to change. I will help you with this process by encouraging, facilitating and guiding you along the way.
