About me

My practice
We offer holistic mental health care treatment for anyone recovering from a mental health issues, such as addictions and eating disorders. But our focus is also about improving the person's quality of life rather than trying stop the symptoms. We use hypnosis and sound therapy as a way to get the client into a deep relaxed state so they can understand their issues.
