About me

My practice
Hello, you found me, welcome! I look forward to supporting you with compassion and curiosity to strengthen your practice, sustain your wellbeing & manage changes as a Counsellor, Supervisor, Leader & Health Professional.

As helping professionals, we manage complexities, vulnerabilities, constant change and systemic pressures. We work hard to uphold our professional ethics and clinical boundaries. Sometimes we feel stuck, feel like we're not good enough, struggle with change or unsure what will work. AND we all have unique values, strengths, skills, and ideas. When a counsellor or carer feels tired or burnt out, it’s rarely just because they "didn't practice self-care." It's usually because the system failed to provide a container for them.

My passion is clinical supervision, both individual & group, to support counsellors to deepen their reflexive practice, strengthen the practitioner you already are and the one you are striving to become.
I also care about clinical wellbeing to ensure good professional health and longevity. I enjoy supporting all levels of counsellors, from the new graduate to the very experienced, as well as supervision for supervisors. I use the 7-eyed process model as my supervision construct.

My counselling focuses on sustaining emotional and physical wellbeing, preventing burnout, healing from vicarious trauma, and managing change. My approach recognises that we are not fragile people needing protection. I focus on curiosity, compassion, and the belief that every person carries strengths, wisdom, and resilience that can be nurtured into meaningful change.

I am a values and strengths-based supervisor counsellor which means I am interested in the unique person you are with your own skills, strengths & values. It would be my privilege to co-create a safe & collaborate space with you, to share vulnerabilities, challenges and hopes, and sometimes a good laugh.

You can also find me on the low-cost group supervision directory. Contact me to secure your place for the next term!
