My practice
Sarah has over 20 years experience working with adults and adolescents. She practices with a trauma informed approach, longer term therapeutic and analytic methods, and also provides shorter term counselling. Patients are provided with a safe space to explore their challenges, feelings, mental health, capabilities, relationships and life goals. Sarah works with patients in trauma therapy or trauma counselling where childhood or recent traumas can be addressed in a safe, collaborative manner.
