My practice includes EMDR Trauma therapy and regular Counselling & Psychotherapy at my practice in Bondi Junction. I also practice Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in Malabar. I provide flexibility for client's who may need short term support around a particular issue or client's who prefer longer term deeper psychotherapy support. Either F2F, online or telephone. I strive to support clients in living the best life they have imagined. ​Helping them to heal, recognise their strengths, connect to their authentic selves by empowering them to discover their own solutions & become their own self-advocate. I believe in my clients.
