I provide Counselling & Psychotherapy from my private practice at Suite 2/50 Main Street Lithgow. I also provide telehealth options. I work with children & adults, I specialise in complex trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, victims of crime, workcover, I am a registered NDIS provider, adult survivors of child abuse, anxiety, grief, depression and working with people with who live with disability.
