About me

My practice
Angela has been counselling in private practice and organisations such as Lifeline, Mission Australia and CatholicCare since 2005. She puts a lot of emphasis on establishing a good counselling relationship but does not expect it to do all the work. Thus, where appropriate, she will also use ACT, evidence-based CBT, and more innovative experiential therapies such as EMDR and EFT Tapping. Angela’s strengths are the ability to forge a good working relationship and the ability to formulate client problems in such a way that paths to recovery become clear.
