About me

My practice
Working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, work stressors, addiction issues, grief & loss, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and general mental health challenges. Using person-centred approach drawing on several evidence-based modalities to support clients in building self-awareness and self-efficacy. My aim is create a space for development of client skills and healthy coping strategies that will contribute to long-lasting positive outcomes in line with client goals.
