My practice
As a person-centred, trauma-informed psychotherapist and counsellor, I offer a safe and nurturing space for people to explore whatever they may choose to bring to therapy. I have experience working with both young people and adults. In my work, I draw on theories and techniques from interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practice. I am passionate about honouring the depth and stories of each individual life.
