About me

My practice
I have been a professional counsellor and psychotherapist for over 25 years. I have lectured in tertiary counselling and welfare courses, developed and facilitated group therapy programs, managed a Christian counselling organisation, worked in counselling teams in general practice, in Palliative care, Dementia Care and private practice. My experience includes grief and loss, family, carer stress, couples and individual psychotherapy, PTSD, anxiety and trauma, life transitions and abuse. I also have expertise in Aged Care, carer stress and chronic health issues, particularly dementia
I work within a person centered model, respecting my clients wisdom and individuality.
I am also a Clinical Supervisor to students and professional Counsellors, Chaplains and Pastoral and Allied Health professionals.
