About me

My practice
With over 25 years of experience, I offer a holistic approach that supports clients in reaching a greater sense of acceptance, empowerment, and capacity to navigate life’s challenges.
My integrated approach combines therapeutic practices with care and attention, working gently with the parts of you that may not yet feel aligned with how you would like your life to be.
I have extensive experience working in both community and clinical settings with young people, adults, and families from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds across rural and urban areas.
I am passionate about bringing an integrated, trauma-informed, person-centred model that respects each individual’s capacity to walk in their essence, feel empowered, and move through life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity.
As well as providing Integrated Counselling, I also offer Somatic Therapy, a gentle yet powerful approach that helps clients connect with the wisdom of their body. Originally developed to treat trauma, Somatic Therapy is now widely used to support healing, self-awareness, and reconnection with one’s inner strength and resources. By working with the body–mind connection, clients can access the missing pieces that bring a greater sense of wholeness, clarity, and the capacity to live from their authentic selves.
In addition to direct client work, I also offer Professional Supervision for practitioners. With a mind–body lens, supervision draws on evidence-based models — Reflective, Relational, and Developmental — to meet the dynamic nature of the supervisory process. This approach remains responsive to the unique needs of each supervisee while upholding professional and ethical standards. It offers a supportive and respectful environment that fosters reflection, felt-sense attunement, and personal growth, supporting supervisees in developing their own authentic way of practice and in their work with clients.
