My practice
My approach is based in somatic psychotherapy and experiential approaches, working with grounded embodiment, supporting the mind body connection. I am committed to supporting individuals and groups discover and reconnect at an integral level of self.

I work though a transpersonal and experiential approach, informed by modalities such as Voice Dialogue, Somatic Enquiry, Process Oriented Psychology and 12 Step Philosophy. Terrain is a significant factor that contributes to how we relate to the world around us. People, places and things deeply inform our sense of being in the body.
