About me

My practice
I am a person-centred counsellor in the area of grief and loss in the widest sense and especially in the area of traumatic grief and loss. For any number of reasons life as we know it can change irreversibly and irreparably. The sense of grief and loss that follows can be excruciating and all-consuming. I am here to help with compassionate and considered expertise. Over the past 10+ years I have helped many clients navigate grief and loss. One size does not fit all and I want to learn from you about you so that we can work in a way that is helpful for you.
