My practice
Marie’s mission is to support people to: heal painful past experiences; unlearn unhelpful patterns; discover and celebrate who they truly are; and create more of the life they want with greater connection, joy and confidence.

Marie holds a deep passion and respect for peoples' innate wisdom and aims to walk alongside and hold a safe, compassionate and healing space where clients are supported to access their own wisdom. Together, we explore and find solutions to what's really happening in your life and what brings you to counselling.

Marie has completed a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy as well as additional studies in grief and loss, groupwork and existentialism. Her work is further informed by her Master of Management (Community) and BA (Welfare.) She draws on her 30+ years of experience in the community welfare sector providing services to adolescents and families, leadership development, program management, strategic planning and program development, staff supervision and training.
