My practice
Sophie welcomes her clients into a space that feels safe, warm and non-judgemental.

Sophie works with adults and young people experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and various other conditions. She has extensive experience working with survivors of complex trauma, such as sexual assault and family violence.

She integrates a range of treatment modalities into her work and always uses a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens.
