Telehealth and face to face, Trauma informed counselling specialising in women who have experienced domestic violence, child sexual assault or adult sexual assault - or any other trauma in their lives. Also general counselling for women about grief and loss, life changes, relationships, anxiety, assertive communication, mindfulness, boundaries, identifying values and goals.
