About me

My practice
I am a trauma informed psychotherapist & counsellor who works with people 18 years and over who have complex trauma presentations including developmental and childhood trauma, survivors of domestic and family violence, childhood and adult sexual assault, relationships, depression, anxiety and general mental health.
I am also a Clinical Nutritionist offering holistic dietary support for disordered eating behaviour and general mental health wellbeing.
