My practice
Adriana is a founder of The Mind Health Clinic. She has experience working with adults and adolescents in various clinical settings including in-patient & outpatient psychiatric facilities, community based care and private practice. Adriana completed a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling and is dedicated to providing wellbeing support to those who are experiencing challenging moments in their lives. She practices a humanistic approach informed by psychodynamic theory and trauma informed care. Adriana utilises evidence-based therapies including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, DBT Informed Practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and CBT-E. She has experience working with mental health, eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss and relationships.
