My practice
I am a registered Clinical Counsellor with experience in various settings with different ages.
I am working in person centred, holistic approach.
While I have a solid evidence-based training from my Masters (based on CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, MBSR, MBCT) I am now also offering Eco therapy (Nature-based Therapy) and EMDR.
