About me

My practice
As a holistic counsellor and psychotherapist I hope to create a safe space to land and work with a person’ s unique experience and process. Problems of living and psychopathology are seen, not as sickness, but as invitations to deeper awareness, greater wholeness and connection.
As well as evidence-based psychological interventions such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), I practise Process Oriented Psychology (an extension of Jungian psychology developed by Arnold Mindell in the late 1970’s). This involves accessing the unconscious through exploring body symptoms, movement, dreams, visualisation, drawing, music and communing with nature.
