My practice
Laura is a strengths-based counsellor, who specialises in attachment and interpersonal relationships. Laura has many years’ experience supporting individuals to understand their relational patterns, navigating mental ill health in relationships, how they shape our identity and self-esteem, and how to build confidence in relationships and set boundaries.
Laura also has a creative background and emphasises the healing power of creativity and self-expression in therapy.
