About me

My practice
I offer counselling for people navigating the complexities of addiction and betrayal trauma. I have lived experience in both these fields and combine this with evidence based modalities to overcome adductor and/or heal from the devastation of betrayal trauma. I use an integrative and trauma informed approach combining elements of Gestalt, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and CBT.
