About me

My practice
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and have more than 16 years of clinical experience. I provide evidence-informed, trauma-informed therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm.

My approach integrates psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy to support lasting emotional and behavioural change. I provide a warm, collaborative, and compassionate environment where clients can gain greater self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies for lasting wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in supporting adults experiencing the impact of trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety, helping them reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
