About me

My practice
Grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and Polyvagal theory, Michelle offers holistic, trauma-informed therapy in Melbourne, and online for interstate clients.

With over eight years’ experience in both community and private practice, she specialises in working with trauma and victim survivors, including those affected by family violence, sexual assault, and crime. Her background includes roles as a trauma counsellor, crisis clinician for at-risk youth, NDIS, and provider for the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), formerly VOCAT.

Known for her grounded, compassionate presence, Michelle brings clinical depth, authenticity, and life experience to create a safe, respectful space for healing and growth. She consults regularly with international trauma specialists to maintain a reflective, embodied, and best-practice approach.

In addition to Gestalt therapy, Michelle offers equine assisted therapy—an experiential, body-based modality that supports nervous system regulation and healing through connection with horses.

She also provides supervision for professionals seeking to deepen their trauma-informed practice.
