My practice
Ian Carpenter provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals and couples to address the underlying causes of a range of mental health conditions.
My approach is not black or white but tailored to meet the needs of individual clients. As adults, clients may fail to cope with early childhood trauma and poor coping strategies that disrupt normal daily functioning. Poor behaviour patterns may be displayed in difficulty to form a long-lasting relationship or a fear of social engagement.
A flexible approach to help clients suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship problems, post suicide support, and domestic violence.
