About me

My practice
I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to simply be ourselves.

My role is to provide a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where children, adolescents and adults can explore whatever is most important to them. Whether we're gently unpacking life's challenges or quietly connecting with my beautiful herd of horses, every session is guided by curiosity, authenticity and respect for your unique journey.

Clients often describe me as calm, intuitive and easy to talk to. I bring warmth, humour and genuine curiosity to my work, creating an environment where people feel deeply seen, accepted and supported. My own experiences of grief, trauma and healing have shaped my compassionate approach and my belief that no one is broken, they simply need the right conditions to heal.

As a Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist (PACFA), Teacher (Bachelor of Education), Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Practitioner, Reiki Master and workshop facilitator, I combine professional knowledge with over a decade of experience supporting people through grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions and personal growth.

Together with my horses, I offer a space where healing can unfold naturally and where you can reconnect with the person you've always been. Room based or Telehealth also an option.
