My practice
I will work with any presenting issue to meet you where you are. My non-judgmental yet challenging approach is sincere & honest. I adapt an approach depending on your needs to support you through short-& long-term issues. If you are grappling with issues such as acting out, avoidance, addiction, food restriction/binges, numbing out, know that these behaviours are your attempts to ward off the unbearable. Any behaviours or intrusive thoughts interfering with your day-to-day life, can be a signal for attention. Your thoughts and symptoms are important to me . I specialise in various techniques , all of which involve working with the drives and forces that make us human. During our sessions, you are my primary focus, and I will listen to you with a trained ear and support you through and forward, with some new resources to draw upon.
I am from a multicultural background and my work and personal life has afforded me time to explore and experience various & diverse cultures in Australia and overseas. My session are 90 minutes (not eligible for rebate) My fees are reasonable. I offer more flexibility with some after hours and weekend availability.
We all need a haven when life is too much. If something is interfering with your day-to-day life, it's important and requires your attention.
