My practice
I have been a certified counsellor for the past 10 years. My practice includes working with young adults, couples and families. I approach counselling from the understanding of identifying what are the problematic thoughts, behaviors or emotions in the here and now. Hence, using an Integrative Model to develop healthier outcomes.
