My practice
We aim to provide our clients with the assistance they need to manage life’s ups and downs as they make their way through the challenges and circumstances we all experience. We want to help our clients to achieve psychological wellbeing, maintain healthy relationships and lead fulfilling, productive lives.

We use a non-judgemental, compassionate and client centred approach to provide confidential counselling regardless of gender, religion, race, cultural heritage, sexual orientation or economic circumstance.
