Hi, I'm Nina. I’m a trauma-informed relational psychotherapist specialising in addiction, relationships, and trauma. I provide a safe place to explore what lies beneath the symptoms you are struggling with.
I am a Sydney-based Registered Psychotherapist working in private practice with individuals, couples, and groups. I offer both in person and online. I use a holistic, integrated approach to therapy that draws upon Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment theory, Interpersonal Therapy, DBT, and Family Constellations, as well as somatic and experiential techniques.
