About me

My practice
I'm a registered psychotherapist working with individuals and couples navigating sexuality, intimacy, and relational patterns through a somatic, process-oriented approach. I support women who feel disconnected from their desire, struggling with intimacy, or living with the impacts of sexual trauma or chronic pain. I also work with couples and partners exploring deeper connection.

My approach is grounded in process-oriented psychology, integrating somatic awareness, body-based practices, and relational inquiry. I work with what's emerging for people in the moment, following the body's deeper intelligence rather than imposing a predetermined path. This means my sessions are co-created, trauma-informed, and paced to the clients nervous system.

I bring 20 years of experience working with power dynamics, trauma, and relational challenge in community and government settings, including facilitating cultural transformation work and supporting marginalised populations. This background gives me deep understanding of how systemic forces shape our intimate lives and our relationship with our bodies.

I also bring lived experience of my own healing journey - navigating chronic pelvic pain and sexual trauma recovery over many years. This gives me authentic understanding of the tender, complex terrain of sexual healing.

My work integrates somatic sexology, womb awakening practices, and embodied consent frameworks. I create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore what's happening in their bodies, come to understand patterns, and discover new possibilities for pleasure, connection, and aliveness.

Based in Northern NSW, I serve clients across Australia via secure online sessions. I work with women individually and with couples/partnerships of all configurations.
