About me

My practice
Lisa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Yoga teacher. She works with children and adults who have experienced major life stressors (life transitions, anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss) and trauma that may impact their quality of life and relationships. She works from a process-oriented perspective, and is client focused and dynamic with her therapeutic modalities which includes integrative mindful movements to help release stressors from the body.
