My practice
When we're struggling with challenges arising from issues around mental health, we can often feel lonely, isolated, and we may experience a sense of hopelessness about the future. As a therapist, I'm here to support you in navigating these challenges. I offer a gentle, collaborative approach and work from a mix of different therapeutic styles. Through our therapy sessions, we'll aim to bring forth hope and change for you, and deeper connections with yourself and others.
