About me

My practice
I have over four years of experience as a psychotherapist, working within the counselling and psychotherapy field. Throughout my career, I have supported clients who are neurodiverse, as well as those facing a range of complex mental health concerns. My experience spans various settings, including residential services, high schools, and collaboration with other practitioners in private practice consultation.

I am trained in and practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method for couples counselling. My therapeutic approach is fundamentally person-centered and emotionally focused, allowing me to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client, taking into consideration their past, present, and future.

I specialise in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and confidence challenges. I also create a neurodiverse-affirming environment and offer support in areas such as motivation, mental health, relationship counselling, and providing assistance to caregivers of individuals with mental and physical health concerns.

In my practice, I offer ongoing therapy in a space that is designed to be safe, empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, who may be seeking support for personal struggles, guidance, or working toward specific goals
