My practice
I am a trauma-informed and neurodiverse affirming RI-EMDR therapist. I seek to create a deepening awareness of self and enhance connection with others. I work primarily in the areas of complex trauma and dissociative disorders supporting individuals and their loved ones. I also hold a strong passion for working alongside neurodivergent folk, their loves ones, and parents - offering a space that honours their unique lived experience.
