About me

My practice
I qualified as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist back in 2005 and have supported a wide range of client challenges since then. These days I often find women are particularly drawn to me if they're 'high funcioning' and yet struggling with stress and burnout and starting to wonder how long they can go on juggling so many things .. they want more balance and contentment in their lives.
I also support family members living or having previously lived with a family member struggling with addiction or mood disorders. Often these family members describe having 'lost themselves' whilst trying to support their family member. We work to reduce patterns of overthinking and control and develop healthy communication and boundaries in life, as well as be supported to become more familiar with your own needs in order to be more satisfied and happier in life.
I support my clients by leaning into my counselling skills and experience, my career in both non profit and corporate and my lived experience of codependency.
