About me

My practice
I've had the pleasure of being a registered counsellor for 7+ years supporting individuals, teens and families.
I offer specialised online therapy to individuals and families across Australia. I work with people who feel shaped by past or current family dynamics and know they want more fun, clarity, or connection in their lives, but aren’t sure how to get there yet. My approach is grounded in Family Systems therapy, integrating ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT and creative therapies to support deep, sustainable change. Alongside clinical work, I train and supervise mental health professionals and partner with schools and organisations to strengthen care at both individual and systems levels.
