My practice
My framework is couched in Gestalt Therapy. I value the relational and phenomenological lens of Gestalt. I predominantly work with Sensorimotor Art Therapy and I combine talking therapy and EMDR and Polyvagal Theory into my practice. I value the bottom up modalities as they provide lasting and life altering change. It can be transformative.
