About me

My practice
I am a Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor Accredited by the Psychotherapist & Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA), a Full Member of the EMDR Association of Australia, as well as a Victims Services Counsellor in NSW. While my qualifications may suggest I am the expert, I value the experiences you bring. Therapy is a partnership. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. I am approachable, friendly and will support you on your healing journey. Together, we will set and achieve your goals.

I work from a trauma informed, person centred approach, drawing from a range of modalities such as: Resource Therapy (Parts Work), Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) & Relational Integrative EMDR (RI-EMDR).

It is of the utmost importance to me that you feel emotionally and physically safe during our sessions. This means that you can attend in person or remotely.

It also means that we will go at your pace. I will be guided by you and what you feel ready to discuss.
