At Inner Calm Counselling, I provide compassionate and personalized counselling services, both online and in East St Kilda. Specialising in depression, anxiety, grief and loss, maternal mental health, parenting challenges and stress management, my approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life's challenges. With a focus on genuine listening, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, fostering resilience and inner calm. My goal is to help you achieve well-being and balance in your life.
