About me

My practice
Springboard is an 18 week program for people experiencing co-occurring mental health and alcohol and other drug difficulties. The program comprises a six-week intensive day treatment group, which runs three days per week, between 9am and 3pm, as well as an additional 12 weeks of individual counselling and case-management support and access to an ongoing weekly peer support group.
