About me

My practice
I have Phd degree in Psychology and have Graduate Diploma in Counseling. I have been in this field almost 20 years and have been more active in practicing role since few years, which I am loving.

I have experience and interest in working with adults in individual, couples and family settings. I enjoy doing relationship counseling including couples, parent-child and sibling relationships. I can support you if you are struggling with some life transition, role change, coping with stress or grieving a loss.

I have experience of working with main stream clients as well clients with culturally and linguistically diverse background. I have a lived experience of a migrant life, so if you are facing challenges living in a different culture, I'm there to navigate this journey with you.

I am available for telephonic and Zoom counseling sessions in my private practice.
