Starting therapy can be an exciting journey on the path to healing. I have spent the past 16 years working within mental health as a registered nurse, primarily working with people who present to emergency departments in crisis. I am caring, understanding, curious, and optimistic for recovery. Over the years I have come to develop my understanding of the impact of psychological trauma, which can impact many aspects of our personal and social lives. After completing my Masters in the Conversational Model I now better understand how we can recover from trauma.
