Sharon is committed to helping individuals and couples work through problems in a proactive and relational manner. Sharon has attained Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Sharon utilises evidenced based theories to work through issues such as: anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, addictions, boundary issues to addictions, trauma, loss and grief.

Sharon works frequently with couples and individuals facing separation and divorce.

Sharon is down to earth, practical and engaging. She is deeply committed to providing safe and non-judgmental spaces.
