About me

My practice
Rachel is a Counsellor who specialises in mental health and psychosocial disabilities with a working background in mental health and trauma. Rachel recognises the importance of creating a safe, non-judgemental space for her clients to allow them the time, compassion and empathy to explore and process their story, whilst building resilience, personal insight, perspective for change and acceptance. Rachel has trained in Trauma Focused - CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Hope in Practice.
I have experience working with all ages. My specialty is with adolescents through to adulthood. I have a special interest in trauma, self esteem, anxiety, depression, grief and navigating life's challenge's. I also have experience working with children on the spectrum.
I am available for appointments via telehealth and in person. I look forward to working collaboratively together to formulate the best treatment plan to suit your individual needs.
