My practice
Hi! I am a certified practising Counsellor with experience in working with various presentations, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I speak English and Hindi and also understand Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Urdu. My services are available in the eastern and south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

I adopt a trauma-informed approach and draw upon various therapeutic modalities.

My endeavour is always to meet you where you are at in your life journey and then work with you towards recovery, growth and new possibilities. I aspire to bring value to every minute you are investing in this journey. I hope that together we can find a place within you that is joyous and thriving.
