My practice
Specialist work with survivors of trauma, life stages & relationships.

I’m Jacs Powell a registered clinical psychotherapist and counsellor. I live, work and play with my family and our two dogs on the Central Coast, NSW. I am a therapist in therapy, I love instant coffee, I have a play list for every mood and occasion and I am a morning person who loves to start the day early with a pilates session or a surf.

Everyone meets moments in their life where they feel disconnected, stuck or at a loss. I’m here to help you navigate those times.

I offer my clients an authentic and supportive relationship where they can safely experience their emotions. Where they can be themselves with understanding, empathy and acceptance. I work alongside my clients in support of their self-direction and healing.

I am currently available for telehealth or in person sessions on Mondays at The Living Nest at Kincumber, 5, -20-22 Kincumber St, Kincumber NSW 2250.
